What is AIM21?
AIM21 is our campaign to provide all students of the Wachusett Regional School District with college and career readiness for the 21st century. The skills our children must master are vastly different from those their parents and teachers needed as they prepared for their own careers.
What is different about college and career skills in the 21st century?
Students will need a multitude of higher-level skills to help them navigate a complex, rapidly changing world. These skills are articulated in a framework developed by the Partnership for 21st Century Skills (http://p21.org) and adopted by many states, including Massachusetts. Our AIM21 efforts will align us with the core components of this framework in all aspects of educational practice. View the video above to understand the goals of a 21st century initiative.
